At BlackToe Running Inc., we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your miles ahead. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn gear in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your unworn items back into their original shoe box or apparel packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
